OUR JOURNEY

DiabetiCarbs began with a personal experience. After being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 13, I quickly realised how difficult dining out could be - often involving guesswork, delayed decisions, or adjusting after food arrived.

Over time, that experience shaped a clear goal: to make dining easier for people managing both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. DiabetiCarbs was created to bring clarity before ordering, using simple, accessible information that fits naturally into existing restaurant menus and modern dining habits.

By working with restaurants to enhance existing menus with clear, estimated carbohydrate context, we aim to make eating out simpler, more predictable, and easier to navigate for both diners and restaurants alike.
